How we work, start to finish. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.
01Who you are buying from
- Your order is with Creative Factory Painting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202324314C), trading as Creativist Singapore.

02Prices
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$).
- The starting price of each size includes 1 character (1 pax / 1 face). Every extra character is S$140. All Singapore paintings are our Premium package, painted by a senior artist.
- Add-ons: gold frame S$50–S$350 by size, logo S$100, text / wording S$40, custom background S$200.
- A quotation is valid for 7 days. Scenery paintings and orders over 30 faces are quoted on WhatsApp.

03Payment
- We accept PayNow (UEN 202324314C), online transfer to our OCBC account (Creative Factory Painting Pte. Ltd. · 595480930001), and Atome (3 interest-free payments, via a link we send you).
- After placing your order, WhatsApp us your payment screenshot with your order reference.
- Your artist is assigned and your painting goes into the studio queue only after payment is confirmed.
04Your photos & the artwork
- You send us your final photos on WhatsApp. The sharper the photo, the better the likeness — we will tell you honestly what is possible with older or blurry photos.
- We agree the concept and layout with you (who sits where, background, clothing) before drawing starts.
- You approve the hand-drawing before the oil painting stage begins, and again once the painting is finished. If the likeness is not right, we work on it with you.
- Changes to the agreed concept after you have approved the drawing may be charged.
05Timeline & delivery
- Production time depends on the number of faces and the studio queue. Your consultant confirms your date on WhatsApp.
- Delays on your side (photos, approvals) move the date by the same amount.
- All orders are delivered to your door. You are welcome to visit our North Bridge Rd gallery to see our paintings.
- Singapore delivery: sizes A–E go out next day; sizes F–H take 5–6 days, once the painting is ready. Delivery fees are in the table above.
- Outside Singapore: WhatsApp us before you order. Malaysia and India orders go through our Malaysia or India branch.
- Please check your painting on receipt and tell us within 48 hours about any damage in transit, with photos.
06Cancellations & refunds
- Every painting is made to order by hand. Once drawing has started, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Before drawing starts, talk to us on WhatsApp — we will always try to find a fair solution.
07Use of images
- We may share photos of finished paintings on our gallery and social media. Tell us if you would prefer your painting kept private and we will respect that.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us.
