Refund & cancellation policy.

01Why we do not refund

• Every Creativist painting is custom-made for one customer, from your own photos. It cannot be resold.
• Work starts as soon as your order is placed: your order is scheduled, an artist is assigned and your artwork is prepared.
• So once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and payment is not refundable. This includes change of mind, a change of date, or a gift that is no longer needed.

02What is not a reason for a refund

• Small differences in colour, tone, texture or likeness that come from the painting being made by hand.
• Anything you approved at the drawing stage or the finished-painting stage.
• Delays caused by late photos, late approvals, or events outside our control.

03When we will refund

• We cannot take your order: if we are unable to start or complete your painting for any reason on our side, we refund you in full.
• Duplicate or wrong payment: if you paid twice or paid more than your order total, we refund the extra amount.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days of us confirming them. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show it.

04Damage in transit

• Please check your painting as soon as you receive it.
• Tell us about any damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp or by email, with clear photos of the painting and the packaging.
• Once we confirm the damage, we will repair or repaint it free of charge, at our choice.
• You return the damaged painting to our gallery at your own cost. We deliver the repaired or repainted painting back to you.
• Damage reported after 48 hours, or damage caused after delivery (handling, hanging, sunlight, moisture), is not covered.

05Your legal rights

• This policy does not affect any rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
